I was introduced to Swagbucks a little over a year ago. I kept hearing things about people scoring free prizes such as Amazon gift cards and, to be honest, I thought it sounded too good to be true. And, often times, when something sounds too good to be true, it is. But this rule definitely does not apply to Swagbucks!
Since I decided to find out for myself exactly what Swagbucks is all about, I have earned just shy of $100 in Amazon Gift Cards. Not an amazing amount, but I do not spend a whole lot of time online searching. When I do, I search on Swagbucks in hopes of scoring me some more ‘bucks! 🙂 However, free money is still free money.
Now that you know you can score free stuff from Swagbucks, how are you going to earn all those Swagbucks? There ever several ways in which to earn them:
Everyone makes online searches. Instead of using Google or Yahoo make all of your searches on Swagbucks. Easy-Peasy. I can usually score at least 20 Swagbucks a day through my searches alone!
While it isn’t the greatest search engine available, it usually gets me to where I want to go. If I can’t find something on Swagbucks I simply switch over to my other preferred search engine.
Download the Toolbar
In order to search quickly without having to reload their page, I downloaded the toolbar so that it is at the top of my browser and I can search without having to wait. From time to time they will even send out messages through the toolbar with a free code for Swagbucks.
You will also receive points from the Toolbar every time you open your browser!
This is a NEW feature that my coupon-lovin’-heart is thrilled about! You can now earn points by printing and redeeming coupons from Swagbucks. You will earn 10 Swagbucks for each coupon you redeem.
No Obligation Special Offers is another easy way to add bucks into your account. You’ll need to select NOSO from the left side bar on their site, scan through a few ads, skip through them (or take advantage if you wish), and you’ve gotten yourself more Swagbucks.
Follow Swagbucks on Twitter & Facebook
You’ll want to follow Swagbucks on Twitter and Facebook in order to keep up to date with any live events going on. You will also want to subscribe to the Swagbucks blog because they often times have codes mixed in with their posts!
Follow Saving On The Essentials on Twitter & Facebook too!
I always try to post live updates when there is a Swagcode available. Make sure to follow Saving On The Essentials on Twitter and Facebook so that we can let you know how to score any extra Swagbucks!
These are just a few of the ways that I earn Swagbucks online and then cash them in for Amazon Gift Cards. There are even more way to earn Swagbucks on their site so make sure to check those out too!
This would be a great way to save up for a large item you have been wanting to purchase, help cut down on Christmas costs, or simply use to buy everyday purchases. The options are limitless with Swagbucks!
