We are doing well on our goal to in at home more. In fact, we haven’t eaten out all week so we’re both happy that we have held each other accountable and are sticking to our goal of not eat out for the next 2-4 weeks. Having meals in the freezer make this so much easier!
We always make enough at dinner to have left overs for lunch the next day.
Dinner at a Fundraiser Gala
Beef Enchiladas (a repeat since we didn’t have them last week)
Creamy Italian Chicken (also a repeat from last week)
Dinner with extended family
