We have quite a few nights that we will not be home this week which made planning this weeks menu pretty simple. I am all for simple! 🙂
Menu planning is such a huge help to me since every morning I can simply grab the needed ingredients out of the fridge/freezer and then know for sure that the rest of the ingredients are there when I get home from work and start making dinner. Simple, easy, and such a relief off of my shoulders!
We always have enough leftovers from dinner for lunches the next day.
Monday – Cajun Pork Chops
Tuesday – Out to Eat
Wednesday – Fajita Chicken Salad
Thursday – Spaghetti
Friday – Homemade Pizza
Saturday – Left Overs!
Sunday – Crockpot Chicken
