We spent about 4 hours Saturday morning cooking meals for the freezer and ended up with about 30 meals that should tide us over for a month or more. I even tried two new recipes and followed them…somewhat! 😉
In the past month we have gotten into a bad habit of ordering take out for busy nights. We are trying to minimize our eating out and thus all the new meals in the freezer. My husband already taste tested the two new dishes and gave them two thumbs up! 😉
We always make enough for dinner to have leftovers for lunch the next day.
